Booking Terms

Sending the form creates a request, not a confirmed ride. A booking becomes confirmed only when 658TT accepts the trip and sends you a confirmation with the agreed service and price.

Requests and confirmations

658TT reviews availability, timing, route, passenger and luggage capacity before confirming service. The reference shown after submission proves that the request was received; it does not guarantee availability. Please contact 658TT if you have not received a response within a reasonable period or if the trip is urgent.

Quotes and package scope

A quote states the service, dates or service window, currency, inclusions, exclusions and validity period. Package, daily-reservation and nightlife prices cover only the time, stops and conditions stated in the quote. Additional waiting time, unplanned stops, route changes, extended hours, parking, attraction admission or other extras are chargeable only where they were disclosed or subsequently agreed. The latest accepted quote replaces earlier drafts for the same service.

Customer acceptance

You may accept a quote through the contact method stated by 658TT. Acceptance confirms the itinerary and commercial terms shown in that quote. Until online acceptance is activated on a branded domain, WhatsApp, telephone or email confirmation forms the operating record. Keep your quote and booking reference.

Payment, deposits and refunds

No payment is taken through the public booking form. Any deposit requirement, balance due date, accepted payment method and refund condition will be stated in the quote or confirmation before payment. 658TT will not treat an undisclosed fee as agreed. Refunds, where due, are returned using an agreed practical method and may be reduced only by a disclosed non-refundable cost or service already provided.

Changes, cancellation and no-show

Tell 658TT as soon as possible if the date, time, route, passenger count or luggage changes. A change may require a revised quote or may be unavailable. Any cancellation, late-cancellation, waiting-time or no-show charge must be disclosed in the accepted quote or confirmation. If no such charge was disclosed and accepted, the trip will not automatically create a cancellation or no-show fee. A driver cancellation does not become normal earned revenue for 658TT.

Pickup, delays and communication

Customers should provide accurate contact, pickup, flight and timing information and remain reachable by the selected contact method. Travel times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, security restrictions, flight changes or events outside reasonable control. 658TT will communicate material delays or service changes when reasonably possible.

Passengers, luggage and special requirements

Vehicle suitability depends on the combined number of passengers, large bags and special equipment. Disclose child-seat, mobility, medical, oversized-luggage or accessibility needs before confirmation so 658TT can assess safe accommodation. 658TT may decline or revise a trip that cannot be performed safely or lawfully with the available vehicle.

Excursions and third-party activities

Unless expressly stated, 658TT's quote covers private transportation and practical local experience planning—not admission, meals, accommodation or the performance of an attraction, restaurant, resort or other independent supplier. Third-party availability, safety rules, prices and cancellation terms remain controlled by that supplier. 658TT will not present itself as the operator of a third-party activity it does not operate.

Safety and lawful conduct

Drivers and passengers must comply with Jamaican law and reasonable safety instructions. 658TT may refuse unsafe, abusive, illegal or materially undisclosed activity. The customer is responsible for damage caused deliberately or negligently by members of the travelling party, subject to evidence and applicable law.

Privacy and complaints

Customer information is handled under the 658TT Privacy Notice. Service or billing concerns should be raised promptly by calling or sending WhatsApp to +1 658-203-8231, with the booking reference and a clear description of the issue. 658TT will review the record and explain the proposed resolution. These terms do not remove any non-excludable rights or remedies available under Jamaican law.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Material changes apply prospectively from the revised effective date unless the customer and 658TT agree otherwise for an existing booking.
